Ability to read construction drawings a plus. Must be able to provide own transportation and basic hand tools. Drug testing will be mandatory. |
| Assistant Project Manager |
Candidate must be driven, independent and detailed, seeking a professional career in the construction industry. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is required. Work includes, but is not limited to, purchasing materials, negotiating and writing subcontracts, performing takeoffs, scheduling, managing field supervision, coordinating with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Building Officials, processing payment requests, reviewing shop drawings, and processing submittals. |
